Barefoot in February

Who wants to swim? I shouted, jokingly. But as both kids answered I do! I felt a bit bad. We had taken the car to the lake in Léon, a cute village about ten minutes from our place. The lake was perfectly still, the sun was shining and if if the temperature didn't pass 12 degrees, it felt warm... and the water looked very inviting!

So when they asked to take off their shoes, I said yes. What is it about sand that makes all children go crazy? Mine have spent thousands of hours playing in the sand and they're still not tired of sand....
